Investments:
The Fund invests primarily in non-U.S. equity securities. The Adviser's primary focus is on stock selection, with a secondary focus on country allocation. The Fund will normally be diversified across a broad range of industries and across a number of countries, consistent with the objective of maximum long-term total return.
